Collaboration Rather Than Templates
Every project develops through conversation, allowing the floral design to reflect the people, venue, and atmosphere behind the event.
If you are searching for a luxury florist in Battersea, you are likely looking for more than flowers alone. You may be planning a wedding, celebration, or event that needs to feel personal, atmospheric, and entirely reflective of the people and setting behind it. Atelier Emmanuel creates bespoke floral design for clients who value creativity, detail, and a thoughtful approach to how a space should feel as much as how it should look.
Based in Battersea and working across London, the Cotswolds, and selected international destinations, Atelier Emmanuel specialises in wedding flowers, luxury event floristry, floral installations, and creative collaborations. Every project is approached individually, allowing the flowers to respond naturally to the venue, the season, and the atmosphere being created.
At the centre of the studio is a collaborative and highly personal way of working, where colour, texture, composition, and emotion all play an equally important role.

Atelier Emmanuel was founded in 2015 following several years of freelance floristry work within London’s luxury events industry. While freelance work created valuable experience and opportunities to collaborate on large-scale projects, there was a growing desire to build a studio with a more personal creative direction and a stronger connection between the flowers, the setting, and the client behind each event.
Before floristry, Emmanuel trained in Food and Beverage Management and Hospitality in France, graduating in 1995. After years working within hospitality and events, a return to creative study led to a full-time floral design diploma at the University of the Arts London in 2008, followed by work alongside some of London’s most respected florists.
That combination of hospitality, events, and floral design continues to shape the studio today. The experience of understanding how people move through a space, how atmosphere is created, and how details influence emotion remains central to every project.
Over the years, Atelier Emmanuel has grown organically through referrals, long-standing relationships, and collaborations rather than traditional advertising. Through challenges including Brexit, Covid, and significant personal changes, the studio has continued to evolve with the belief that creating beauty through nature carries genuine emotional value.
Atelier Emmanuel approaches floral design as something that should feel connected to its environment rather than placed within it. Every arrangement, installation, and composition is developed in response to the atmosphere of the space, the season, and the people experiencing it.
The studio’s style is often described as organic, romantic, and modern, with an English sensibility shaped by a subtle French influence. Inspiration comes from nature, travel, fashion, architecture, and the changing rhythm of the seasons.
Colour is one of the defining elements of the studio’s work. The precise shade of pink, apricot, burgundy, or green can completely transform how a room feels. Careful attention is given to tonal balance, texture, movement, and floral variety to ensure the final result feels cohesive, immersive, and emotionally connected to the setting.
Seasonality also plays a central role in the creative process, from tulips and ranunculus in spring to peonies, dahlias, and winter blooms later in the year.

As a Battersea wedding florist and Battersea event florist, Atelier Emmanuel works across a wide range of projects, from intimate private celebrations to large-scale luxury installations and brand collaborations.
The studio’s work includes:
Alongside private clients and weddings, Atelier Emmanuel has collaborated with internationally recognised brands including Dior, Louis Vuitton, Schiaparelli, Piaget, and 77 Diamonds.
Many clients are drawn to the studio because they are looking for floral design that feels personal and highly considered rather than trend-led or formulaic.
Atelier Emmanuel is built around a highly collaborative and detail-focused approach to floral design. Every project begins with understanding the client, the atmosphere they want to create, and the emotional experience they want guests to have within the space.
Rather than replicating previous work, each wedding or event is approached individually. No two projects feel identical because no two stories, venues, or clients are the same.
Clients often value:
This approach has led to long-standing relationships with planners, venues, fashion brands, and returning private clients across London and beyond.

Atelier Emmanuel exists to create floral design that brings people into the moment.
Flowers have the ability to shape atmosphere, evoke emotion, and transform how a space is experienced. Through thoughtful, seasonal, and carefully composed floral work, the studio aims to create environments that feel joyful, immersive, and connected to the people within them.
Every project develops through conversation, allowing the floral design to reflect the people, venue, and atmosphere behind the event.
Seasonal flowers and locally sourced blooms are prioritised wherever possible to ensure natural beauty and authenticity within the design.
From floral textures to the precise tone of colour palettes, details are carefully considered because they shape how a space ultimately feels.
Open communication remains an important part of the process, particularly around seasonality, logistics, and what will work best within a setting.
Atelier Emmanuel believes flowers should create emotional connection, presence, and moments of beauty that stay with people long after the event itself.
What began as a creative ambition in 2015 has grown into a Battersea floral studio working across London, the UK, and selected international projects.
